If the items delivered are non-conforming to the items ordered, or if any apparent defect or damage is noticed, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will do everything possible to correct the mistake or provide a refund or replacement of the articles, in accordance with our claims policy. If it is necessary to return money paid for goods purchased from the online store, this will be done through the same credit/debit card. In case of a defective product, replacement costs are at DEOREA's expense.
It is possible that an item does not match your expectations. You can return it if you notify us within 3 days of delivery via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and send back the product(s) within 10 days of receiving your order.*
*If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
**Please note only regular priced items may be refunded! Sale items cannot be refunded. Custom made items, worn items
and samples are also not subject to return or change.
All returned items must be in a perfect, unused, unworn and undamaged original condition with their attached tags and labels on. It must be also in the original packaging. We will inspect their condition and will inform you by email for the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be made via a bank transfer, so you need to provide us with your bank account details!
Delivery costs are not refundable. They will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping costs.
